Social Enterprise World Forum 2022: a high energy global extravaganza

As a Master of Ceremonies, sometimes the bigger the event, the better. So it was with SEWF 2022 a global gathering of the social enterprise sector. 1500 passionate people from around the world at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre and thousands more joining online from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe October 28 to 30 2022.

No wonder Brett began his opening remarks with: “People of Earth!”

The passion of the audience was matched by the size and scale of the production. A huge centre stage, multiple breakouts, an exceptional Welcome to Country, Dylan Alcott keynoting, a global search for speakers, a wheeling and dealing exhibition space and an official handover ceremony to the next hosts - Amsterdam.

Brett shared emcee duties with Lateesha Jeffrey. (This was an event that demanded multiple hosts.) For Brett - it was a sheer joy.
